Youth Seminar in Hawaii
Drug
Awareness and First Aid Class were on April 10th. The youth group discussed
the effect and danger of the different drugs in society. They also had the
opportunity to learn first aid and what to do in different emergency situations.
A
lecture on Domestic Violence was presented to youth members on May 15, 2004.
The
Youth Seminar in Hawaii was held from July 26 - August 3, 2004. Youth members
from Japan and the United States gathered to strengthen international friendship
as they study Buddhism, discover nature, and awaken to the preciousness
of life.
